Both a degree from wharton and an econ-math double major at CAS interest me, so I'm not sure where would be best to ED to.

I don't really have any business related stuff on my app, but I doubt that would hurt me too much. My first choice is Penn, regardless, so getting into CAS would be awesome in it of itself to me, but what would my chance at wharton be ed?

I think you would have more of a chance to get into CAS rather than Wharton if you ED’d. Unless you have a REALLY good reason to why you want to go to Wharton?

It would help your application if you did some extracurricular that is more “unique” or stands out. But I think you have a decent chance at CAS.

for wharton, your app is very very typical. high stats, asian, no significant leadership, large public school…i strongly advise you not to apply wharton ED. without an extra bump, such as attending an elite prep school, or legacy, you don’t have good chances.

“With no previous business/leadership EC’s…Wharton might be a bit of a long shot (unless your essays are absolutely amazing).”

False. My only “leadership” is really as ‘head photographer’ for our weekly school newspaper which, while is super time consuming, doesn’t exactly “look good”…and I got into Wharton.

Look at the curriculums and make your decision by that. Don’t try to game the system
