should i emphasise my history scores?

i'm an international student and want to major in the social sciences (most likely history/political science). i'm thinking of one of the ivies. here are my scores so far for SAT II:

Dec 06
Math II: 800
Chem: 800
Bio M: 650

June 07
Physics: 770
World History: 690
US History: 640

i never took world or us history for my A levels (different syllabus) and self studied for the SAT test. are my scores for both tests good? should i point out these two scores to the admission committee in my application to show my academic motivation and breadth of knowledge(although the scores are weaker). or are the history scores considered mediocre and I should not point them out, since the admission committee will only look at the highest two scores?

Well, a 640 is in 57th percentile for USH, and a 690 is in the 78th for WH. If you make sure that they know you didn't take either of those courses, it will be pretty impressive, but there's an outside chance they'll see the just as they see other scores in that subject.

It's risky. I'd just show the two 800s and the 770.
