Should I even bother applying as a transfer to Penn State University Main Campus ?

I am currently a Freshmen at The Community College of Baltimore County Essex (CCBC). I will be applying for admissions for the Fall 2013 semester and wanted to know my chances of getting accepted. But if i had no chance at all I wanted to know so I don't waste my money.

As you can see my grades and test scores from High School are not the best. I didn't take school as serious as I should have until my senior year, but now as you can see I got my act straitened up.

You don’t have a great chance, to my knowledge they will look at your high school stats which are very low for Penn State and your college GPA could be higher…If you are willing to keep transferring consider transferring to another campus and then transferring to he main campus.
