<p>Definitely apply! I'm from WV (not applying to schools in here, though) and I've seen a lot lower GPA/Scores. Even if you don't get onto the Morgantown Campus, there is still the Parkersburg one. Comparing your SAT to an ACT score (roughly) that's like a 24. I know people with 18s and 19s that get in (860-930, CR and Math). So, yes, apply :)</p>
