Should I even bother applying?

<p>I know that Illinois Urbana-Champaign is a really good and prestigious University, which is why I don't think I stand much of a chance. But here are my stats:
I'm an Asian OOS applicant from Texas.
Here are my stats:
Rank: Top 16% (very competitive High school)
GPA: UW-3.85, W-4.1
SAT: 2130/2400 (M-760, CR-630,W-740)
SAT II: Math II: 680, American History: 630
Senior Course Load: Taking 5 classes per semester, 4 AP classes each semester
Extracurriculars: Red Cross Club, National Honor Society, Invisible Children's Club, Lots of work experience. About 50 hours of community service.
Intended Major: Biochemistry (College of Liberal Arts and Sciences)</p>

<p>I know my rank and extracurriculars are pretty low, and that would probably get me rejected right away, so should I even bother trying to apply?</p>
