Should I even bother to apply to grad school?

I’m conflicted about whether to apply or not to apply to any Speech grad programs… I honestly don’t think I will get in. I’m a senior in undergrad right now, and my major is Speech-Language Pathology. My GPA is a 3.2. My GRE scores were V:152, QR: 144. I don’t really know any of the faculty, so any letters of rec I even manage to get probably won’t be great. I also don’t have any research experience.

I was thinking of taking a year off between schools, and volunteering/trying to get relevant work/internships possibly if that could help my graduate application for the next school year. Any opinions or advice?

If you are not sure about applying, that is a big red flag. Take the time to work and decide if graduate school is really important for what you want to eventually be doing.
