Should I even bother?

I never really considered applying to Harvard until I visited today and just fell in love with the campus. Would I even have any chance at getting in though?

Thoughts?

It'll cost you $65 to find out! I don't see anything that will automatically exclude you. So give it a shot and good luck....

Yeah, but I'm unsure if it's even worth the money :) Oy. I don't even know if I'd want to go there or if it'd be so hardcore pressurecooker that I'd be miserable.

I think you have a shot. Your stats are not bad at all.

I would say that if you're having those feelings after visiting, don't bother applying. You shouldn't force yourself to go to school anywhere. However, if you haven't visited, you might as well toss in the $65 and give it a shot. You can visit some time this winter/spring to see if you do like it. If you do, then your $65 was well spent. If you don't, it's only $65. You can make that money back in a day mowing lawns in the neighborhood.

you're rreally gonna need to improve your SATS though.

In the grand scheme of things, what is going to be your impact on the world. This alone should help you determine what college you attend, not prestiege or rankings. What do you want to accomplish? What is the purpose of your life? What is your justification for existence?

brownies...

longshot....

If you don't even want to pay the $65 fee to find out if you can get in, then you're obviously not in love with Harvard. Love is all about taking risks. If you don't want to risk it, don't bother applying, it'll be a waste of paper.

I think you should try !
