Should I even study for USH

Just wondering, for those of you who have taken the USH exam, how difficult was it compared to say the AP test. Im pretty confident in my historical knowledge, the AP course at our school was extremeley rigorous and the tests asked many stupid specific questions and i believe i have retained this knowledge. So all in all, is this test worth studying for if i just want like above 730?

^ I was just going to write the exact same thread! I would like to know, as well.

Looking for same answer here. Been getting 100's all year in a very rigorous course and 100 on all practice regents, and aced (hopefully) AP exam

I'll answer quick. I don't know your level of knowledge so it's a bit hard to say whether you'll need to study. Anyways, the SAT was about on-par if not easier than the AP exam. It's more specific, but...yeah. :)

But, I may not be one to speak. I found both moderately easy...

So if one found the AP exam to be easy, then one can expect the SAT exam to be about the same?

I thought the SATII USH was actually harder than the AP mutiple choice questions. :</p>

^I agree with that.

Well, the SAT II is much more specific. But, if you know the content, it's a breeze. Unlike on the AP exam where the questions revolve around critical thinking rather than knowing. In that respect, it's easy.

That's with the assumption you actually did well (not just thought you did). But, yes. 5 on the AP / 790 on SAT II. It correlates.

I've been wondering if there are any dates and/or election years to memorize? I can memorize and understand the events well enough, but put in specific dates, and I'll be completely boned...

Well, I got a 5 on the AP exam, but I'm knowledgeable in specifics as well.

lol... I found the sat II ush harder than the AP... I got a 770 and presumably a 5 but anyways what I would suggest is take a couple of practice tests... practice tests of the sat II not the ap practice tests.

i think im just going to take practice tests cause i know like the information i just kinda need a reminder and i think helps a lot.

im also going to go through the cram packet just tonight before i go to sleep just as a good overview

I thought the AP test was easier (m.c. at least)

I didn't study for US, took it in May, and got a 670. I'm not sure if I'm retaking yet.
