I already went through my first year of community college and accumulated close to 24 credits. I did not take the SAT or ACT being that I didn't have to. I want to transfer to a university, but don't have ACT or SAT scores. The question is, if I take the ACT now, will my previous year of college have an effect in the decision to transfer.

Like many people take the ACT in their junior or senior year. If I take it late, coming into my sophomore year of college, regardless of score, will they have a bias being that over the years I have acquired a lot of knowledge.
