I signed up for two subject tests for the June date, Math II and USH, but now that I look back on it, I regret signing up for USH. I took APUSH last year and got a 4 on the exam, but most of the material has since oozed out of my head. I've already taken the bio and chemistry subject tests, and I got good scores on both of them. Should I try to take the USH test? Will colleges look down on me if I do poorly on it, even if I have good math/bio/chem scores?

tl;dr should I take the USH test even if I already have 3 other subject tests, just to get a score in the humanities?

I’m actually in the same situation you are. I’ve decided not to take USH (even though i’ve signed up for it) and I may try lit in November.

I think I’ll study for it, take a practice test, and then decide if I’m gonna take it. Will colleges really look down on me if I do poorly?

Unless, you’re applying to Georgetown, colleges will take your best 2.
