I'm an international applicant, and I'm waitlisted at the college of engineering. I would like to send a letter stating that I would like to enroll if I were admitted. I also want to notify them about my current achievements. However, it is very strongly stated in their website that they do not want any waitlisted students to send supplemental documents. I think they just don't want to be bothered with bootlickers. In my case, what should I do?</p>

getting in off of the waitlist is next to impossible.</p>
<p>Blackpen pretty much speaks the truth, other then 2006 or whatever year they took 540 kids off the waitlist, which i highly doubt will happen again anytime soon, usually less than 1% of kids get in off the waitlist out of the 8000 or so kids that get waitlisted</p>
