Should I fill ten activity entries?

So that's the simple question. I'm asking not because that I don't have ten activities, but because two or three of them are really mediocre. Honestly, they are not important to me. So should I still put them on the list?

Don’t bother with the laundry list. It just misdirects adcom attention away from the other activities which really are important to you and it suggests that you are ‘a mile wide and an inch deep.’ List those activities in which you’ve invested yourself and have had some impact.

Will it hurt you to list a bunch of unimportant activities? Probably not. Lots of kids do. But most schools don’t care about your ECs anyway, except to make sure you have some. And those that do care, are looking for depth and achievement in those ECs in any case.
