Should I focus on schools that offer a higher GPA for A+?

Do y’all think that a grading scale of 4.33 for an A+ should matter in my college decision making?

I know some companies have GPA cut offs for applying, and I’d think being about to have a “higher” GPA than other schools would matter a little bit.

What do y’all think? If I were to get a 3.9 on a 4.33 scale vs a comparable GPA at a 4.0 school (maybe a 3.6), would I have a better chance at getting the position?

No difference.

If you want to go to law school, note that the LSAC GPA recalculation gives 4.33 for A+, independent of whether your undergraduate school gives more than 4.0 for A+, if it gives A+ grades at all.

It should not be a factor at all.
