Hello,

I am currently a junior at the University of Georgia majoring in marketing. I can't decide if doing a double major is worth the time and effort. I wanted to do a second major in finance, but I am already behind for my age (22). I plan working 2-3 years after graduation, and then pursue an MBA. I am really set on going to a good MBA school such as Duke, Northwestern, Univ. of Virginia, or Univ. of North Carolina. My GPA isn't the greatest as it will be around a 3.3 after this semester. I think my main motive for getting a double major is so I can have more classes to boost my GPA up to around a 3.5. So should I just focus on one major with my minor (consumer economics) or double major to better my chances of getting into one of these top MBA programs? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
