Should I get a second Bachelor's Degree

I recently graduated with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Mathematics. Throughout my years of college I didn't do any internships and didn't get my first real job until I was 24. Now I am having trouble finding a job in the field of Accounting, I can't even find a bookkeeping job that doesn't require experience.

I am really considering starting over. I only have a 2.9 GPA, one year experience as a math tutor, and a secretary in a hospital. I am considering going back to get a BS in Financial Mathematics and hopefully do well enough to get into Columbia University or NYU. The problem with that is in the mean time I need a job to survive. In which I don't know where to look.

So I guess my question is would it be worth it for me to go back to school and try over, in the sense of trying to obtain interships and gaining experience that way, while also building my GPA? Or would that be a complete waste of time and money?
Besides there are many classes that I have taken and I don't remember everythhing, my school doesn't allow you to repeat a class once you have passed it.

I don't know what to do.
