It certainly is a good option for in-state students. But without having a GPA, SAT or ACT scores, or what you want to study, it is hard to say. It is a large university, too, so you will want to consider whether you want a big or small school. You may want to visit a few schools and take tours during junior year once you have a better idea of your academic qualifications and possible major.
