Hello CC. I’m going to be a senior next year. My GPA is sadly below a 3.0, around 2.5 or more last time I checked. I have not taken the SATs yet and I sadly have just began studying for them
I’m also a dual enrollment student attending some of my classes at my local community college.
Recently, I’ve been reading many books on changing habits and ending procrastination. And although it’s a bit late, I believe that I have changed my previous 3 years of negative habits to the point where I can most likely get a 4.0 next semester.
I’m a bit worried about the SATs besides the math and especially geometry. I don’t really know anything. About geometry and I’m beginning to panic because I most likely will not get a good score. I don’t have many extracurricular activities as my ECs for the past three years has been staying home and reading or staying on the Internet.
My Asian father is pressuring me into joining the best 4 year I could get to (if I get into a four year university) but I also feel that joining a two year would be in my best interests but you know how those go 90% of those in community college want to and usually don’t end up transferring.
What do you think I should do CC? What are the chances that I’ll be able to go to a 4 year university, let a lone a good one?
