I agree. UCR has what you want and need. You really should be looking at the other schools and asking: “Can you beat this?” If one of them can, then consider it, otherwise, I think the straightest path into med school for you is pretty clear.
Pomona probably can. It’s the best choice in terms of resources, support, etc. + Keck/the Claremonts.
OP is an upperclassman in terms of units, but post #5 on this thread includes the phrase “…once I turn 18.”
OP will probably fit in just fine with other freshmen, esp. honors students, due to age.
