<p>I’m surprised posters haven’t jumped on you for the idea of using American as a stop-over to Georgetown.</p>
<p>To understand why you would want to do such a thing, it’s important to take into consideration what major you’re interested in, as well as you’re motives…do you just want to be in D.C.? And might not get into Georgetown as a freshman?</p>

<p>I couldn’t find anything about transfer from AU to Georgetown. IMO I would recommend attempting to transfer to Georgetown from an exclusive small private LAC where it would be obvious you where transfering up to a more appropriate major at a competative school.</p>
