Should I go to Management if I wanna be a manager

just as the title, I heard its hard to be a manager just with a general management undergraduate degree, then what major I should take in order to become a management later on?

Management (the job) is not usually degree specific, although a degree in management would give you a little extra foundation/understanding of making management decisions. However, usually managers are made by employees getting experience in a company and becoming good at leading others. It also depends on the department you are managing... some departments need specific skills in their management while others are more general management.

Will I have a chance to find a management job after I guaduate from a undergraduate management program? I hear its hard to find one cuz there s a MBA above me

Companies don't usually hire students right out of college to be managers... they have to get some real life experience with the company first, usually.

Major in something related to the career you want to pursue. As you gain experience at the company you work for, you will become a manager.

Management consulting is different. Many of these consultants have MBAs and work for consulting firms such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting & Bain.
