I got accepted into out of state which has the engineering major I want but the tuition for that college is over $29,000 a year and since my family is in a financial struggle right now, I have to consider other options. The only college in Georgia that has my major was Georgia Tech but they didn't accept me so my only option is to transfer. So now I'm considering just going to an engineering school in Georgia even though it doesn't offer my major. What I'm scared about is that I will be behind when I transfer? Should I go to Southern Poly State University and transfer to Georgia Tech? Will the transfer admission process be difficult? Will I be behind when I transfer because Southern Poly doesn't offer my Engineering major? Please Help!!!!

You may want to check whether SPSU or your local community colleges have better course coverage of the Georgia Tech courses you need to transfer into your major.
