Should I go to Stanford MSCS?

I realize this board is more geared towards high school/undergraduate students, but I thought I could still get some helpful thoughts here. I am considering the masters program in computer science at Stanford. I want to work at a start-up in the valley and eventually start my own tech venture in the valley. Some questions I have:

A lot of entrepreneurship resources I see seem to be geared more towards undergrads. What type of resources are available for masters students?

I hear masters students don't always get much attention from professors (versus undergrads and PhDs). Any thoughts?

How easy is it meet and intermingle with students (undergrad/masters/phd) in other disciplines?

How easy is it take classes in other schools like business, humanities, etc.

I hear Stanford master's has a "cash cow" reputation. Is this something I should be concerned about (reputation among employers, quality of education, etc.)
