I was accepted to the fall, 2005 semester at Tulane. As you know, the first half year was cancelled, and is due to start this coming month.

I spent the last four months at Binghamton University in New York, and my credits will all be transfered.

I am thinking about going to Tulane, but I am not a very good swimmer. What should I do?

Hmmm? Take lessons? Buy floatees? Seriously, go for the Spring and then decide based on your experience rather than guess work.

How was binghamton? I just got into their management program...i visited and it wasnt all that bad. what did u think of it?

I enjoyed my time at Binghamton, and made many friends. It was a difficult decision. I'm going to give Tulane a try. I hope it is not a mistake.

I wasn't in the managment program. It was COLD up there. The people were friendly. Wish I could help you more. I am sure you will do well.

thanks, its nice to hear something positive about the school. I know its freezing, but eh...i can get over that. Did it seem that people hated it there? i know the price is amazing, especially for out of staters....and thats the main draw for me. I have heard soooo many negative things about it tho...and i just dont see it...so any other coments would be great!
I applied to Tulane, and waiting on a response, i feel preety confident...my parents however, would rather die then send me to a "red state" ...and more a of the reason is the hurricanes, they dont believe me when i say Tulane is a GREAT school!

Well, Tulane WAS a great school. That is why I am willing to go there despite what happened. Only tiem will tell if it is still great. As you know, they have dramatically cut back or eliminated several academic areas. Keep your fingures crossed!

Please forgive my typing. It stinks!
