What do you like/hate about rice?</p>
<p>I am undecided about my major.. will that affect me my first couple of years..?</p>
<p>if you're undecided why shouldn't you go? You need college to figure out what you want. Also there's double majoring if you can't decide between two different majors. So being undecided don't mean you're not good enough for Rice.</p>
<p>You don't have to declare a Major until the middle of your Sophomore year, so you've got time to decide after taking some Rice classes. Start with your distribution courses, they'll expose you to some different departments and you can see which ones you like best.</p>
