Should I include activities / etc I am doing my senior year? other questions

1) I am on the Quiz Bowl team, and I may be participating in the Hometown High Q program, which is basically just a televised game show about educational topics.

2) I'm planning on self studying for a few AP exams, but I'm not exactly sure which ones.

So basically I'm hesitant to put something down that I'm not 100% sure will be exactly the same situation or event as I write it in the app.

also: I attended an overnight school visit, and filled out an application there. There weren't any tables when they gave me it, so I had to lean on a wall and fill it in. Thus it wasn't exactly filled in the neatest possible way, although it isn't sloppy.

I also filled in the section for "senior classes" on the application, and some of the ones I wrote down aren't in my senior schedule. I'm afraid they will look at the ones I wrote down, compare them to my actual ones, and have a negative response because the ones I have are easier. I didn't just drop some to take easier classes, one of them wasn't offered, and a few others didn't work into a schedule.

Will either of those be a problem on an app?

Thanks!

also wanted to ask:

I worked at two different pizza places, about a month each.

The first one had a crazy boss that told me to bring my info the next time I came to work, and the next day told my friend to tell me I was fired. I never got a chance to ask him why I was fired, because he got into a car accident and went to rehab. (drug addict)

The second one was a newer place, I quit after about a month because:
a) joined the track team
b) was only working about a day a week because of the lack of business

Should I mention that I worked at either of these places, or just leave it out completely? I have a little other work experience (assistant editor of a news web site) but other than that I don't have much work-related.)

Write it down but note that it is tentative.

As I recall, for self-study APs, you just write down your scores, which you won't have until next summer. So, I don't think they will show up on your application at all. Maybe other posters know otherwise.

I don't think there's a problem with the application you filled out on your visit, those are very informal and not expected to be final as course schedules frequently change.

I wouldn't recommend showing work of such short duration as it wouldn't count for very much. And, generally, working several jobs for short periods does not look good on any kind of application.
