<p>Manage league fees and police the leagues. One league has 12 people and the
other has 10 people.</p>
<p>I personally would not, though if its something you really are passionate about or want colleges to know about, then go for it. It seems like my league commissioner doesn’t do anything (he’s also a ravens fan… weird), which is why I’d be inclined not to put it down. But one of my teachers mentioned fantasy football in his letter of recommendation for me, as it showed I had a life outside of schools and normal ECs. So do what works for you.</p>
