Hi, uhm, let me explain my situation a little bit.
I am a international student in Taiwan, but studied in an American international school in Malaysia, and I graduated from high school last year. I took the SAT in my junior year and I used that score to apply to colleges beginning my senior year. Then winter break came and my parents told me that they want me to finish my army duty first before I go to college (my country has conscriptions), so I stopped applying to colleges (and even got rejected by the schools I already applied to). I figured I could study more during the two years to boost up my score. So I went back to my home country and waited to be enlisted while I took up a few jobs and studied for the SAT while I waited. I figured I could take the SAT this coming October (I am already in the army) since it's the closest to the application process, and I can get more time to study. Unfortunately, the testing center nearest to where I live is not administrating the SAT for the upcoming tests at all. And the next closest place is like an hour drive from my house. And due to my army schedule, it's impossible for me to go to that other place. So now I have to use my old score to apply to colleges.

I mean when I took the practice tests myself (with real SAT testing settings), my score have increased by around 120 points, which is good enough for a college that rejected me before. But now I can't take the test to try and bring up the scores.

So now I am wondering if I should include that piece of information in my application to let them know that I have been studying to improve my scores but just couldn't due to some difficulties. Hopefully it isn't too confusing.
