I have been hesitating whether I want to join this LLC or not. I got accepted to Meraki and the Thrive community. Any advice? I heard that the dorm is one of the best. (I hope to have a nice dorm)
Thrive is located in Pritchard. Pritchard is one of the more social dorms from reports. It is hall style with no AC.
Meraki is located in Payne. Payne hall is suite style and has AC.
Overall, Pritchard is going to be a little wilder and Payne a little more comfortable.
Both are in great locations - actually I think Payne is more centrally located.
I can’t comment on what you get from each LLC as my son decided against and LLC.
