Should I just give up on getting into any good UCs now? I know test scores aren't all they look at but this really hurts...one test score might kill me.

Colleges:
UCLA
UC Berk.
UC SD
UC SB
UC Davis
UC Irvine

Could I perhaps put an explanation about my poor test results in the additional info box on apps?

Updated with colleges

i don’t really know much about these schools… so i cant chance you but i would say don’t give up and theres a lot of good private schools out there that you dont need fantastic scores to get in but on that same not your test scores are not bad. anything 30 or above on the ACT is good and your SAT scores are good as well. dont give up

Unfortunately, I’m not applying to any privates.

Thanks for the input anymore is appreciated…

Your GPA sounds as if you should have received ELC. Did you?

Even if not, you’re GPA is solid, your testing is solid as well.

I don’t see why you shouldn’t be accepted from the mid tier UC’s (SB, Irvine, Davis)

SD, LA, and Cal are always tricky to call. I would say you have a good chance (80+%) at UCSD. LA and Cal are probably 50/50.

No, did not receive ELC. My GPA is nothing too spectacular because I’m in one of those overachieving high schools…

bump…im freaking out right now =[
