Should I just keep doing tests?

I'm pretty sure I'm gonna fail Calc AB, but am hoping to somehow manage to squeeze in a 3. My main problem is Multiple Choice, where I only get from 15-low mid 20s right. I actually do the problems, get answers that ARE on the test, and feel like I've done pretty good, but when I check it almost everything is wrong! How can this even be possible? Ugh... I seriously don't even know what to do.. I understand everything when it's explained, but I can't do anything by myself!

Do you understand why and how you got them wrong? Was it conceptually wrong or were they just dumb calculating mistakes?

They’re conceptually wrong… It’s as if my first instinct is always wrong :/

I would just suggest going over why they’re wrong then, and note it down. If you’re missing so many because it’s conceptually wrong, then I think you need to do some more review and get some more help from your teacher. Do more practice tests. Once you’ve done a lot, you’ll begin to see the patterns in the questions and so you know what to do for a question. Like if it asks you to find the max/min of a function, you should know to set the derivative equal to zero. Good luck!
