Should i keep practicing with the BB?

<p>I've done the BB twice... and i want to really improve my score.</p>

<p>Could you guys tell me how to improve in each section SPECIFICALLY?</p>

<p>Like for CR, tell me how to improve the sentence completion and the passage reading.</p>

<p>Also tell me what book to use... please..</p>

<p>same for math and writing...</p>

Once is sufficient. It's useless when you've already seen the questions. </p>

<p>What are you getting now? 500's? 600's? 700's?</p>

<p>Yeah doing the BB again won't do any good. The best way to improve is practice, practice, practice. But one thing is crucial - after taking each test you want to go back and see which questions you got wrong and why you got them wrong. If you don't do this you'll just make the exact same mistakes the next time and receive the same score. By the time you work 5-10 practice tests doing this each time, you will know all the nuances and tricks of the SAT and should be able to ace it.</p>

<p>By the way, if you need more tests, the College Board has 6 more available online.</p>

<p>Oh - and only use practice tests made by the CB!</p>

<p>Writing will ALWAYS be useful. retake it until you get 800's on all of them.
Until then, you have not memorized all the rules! :P</p>

<p>and i'm trying to learn vocab by using the Direct Hit book.</p>

online course tests, qas, 10 real sat, pr.
kaplan, barrons, and other books are useless because they are inaccurate.</p>
