Should I not take SAT U.S History?

Ok so a bit of background. I have:
5s in AP European and AP World History and 800s in SAT World History and Spanish with Listening (I'm a non-native speaker).

I need one more subject test to complete my application and apply to some schools like Georgetown, and I'm confident that I can score 800 in US history with relative ease if I study over the summer. I just find History easy.

However, do you think Im showing myself to be too one dimensional? I can probably take SAT Math 2 or Lit and score 700+, but not 800. And because I will be so busy with so many other things around November, I don't think I should attempt more than 1 test. So should I just stick to History or try to show myself to be more versatile but not as proficient?

If it helps, I do not desire to study History as a Major. I wish to go into International Relations, Economics or Political Science, all fields that do require Historical knowledge.

Get highest scores you can, but for top tier schools like HYP or Georgetown SFS, even with perfect scores, its always a reach. Just be well prepared and try your best.

Of course they are reaches, I am well aware. I don’t expect to be guaranteed anything, I just wish to know what the best course of action is. But straight 800s is impressive for anyone, and it only can only help. Unless you’re one of those weird perfectionists who will take a subject test 5 times just to get an 800.

But anyways, I should definitely go with US history then, right?
