Should I put down that I am eligible for the EOF program?

On one of the college applications I'm currently filling out, there is an option to put yes/no for eligibility for the free/reduced lunch program and another yes/no for the EOF program.

From 1st grade to 11th grade, I have always been eligible for the free/reduced lunch program and have received free/reduced lunch.
Currently in my senior year however, I am not eligible.

And on the EOF Eligibility requirements, I meet all except the Family Gross Income.

Would it be okay if I put yes for both the free/reduced lunch and EOF program questions?
Will I be penalized for doing so?

I would not put yes if you are no longer eligible. Not sure what EOF stands for but it sounds like an Educatational Opportunity program and the school will certainly verify your family income and realize that you aren’t eligible. I think that the only time you would put “yes” is on your 12/13 FAFSA, since they are asking about the previous 2-year period.
