Should i put homeschooled or school candidate?

Hi, i have completed my O level from a reputed school ‘Hurdo International school’ but choose to go private for my A level. I am done with my A level, SAT, IELTS and am applying to US colleges through common app. Should i count myself a school candidate or homeschooled?
If I mention myself being homeschooled, how should I complete the school and the address section in common app?

The question is: who is filling out the school report? If you are associated with a school with a guidance counselor who provides the transcript and school profile, then you are a school student. Otherwise, you are a homeschooler.

The school address for my daughter’s homeschool was the same as her home address.
