Should I put the second school on the common app? (international student)

Okay, so I am an international student from Ukraine and last year I went on the exchange program to the US, where I've studied in the US high school for one academic year. My question is: should I mention it in the common app? The reason why I am concerned is that our education and grading systems are totally different; also, it will be hard for me to get a secondary school report from the US school because of the distance.

(On Harvard website it says, "If you have attended more than one high school in the past two years, give a second copy of the School Report to your former counselor(s) or school official to complete." .

What do you guys think?

Technology has made the world smaller. With email, the distance from Ukraine to US is the same as Ukraine to Latvia.

If your exchange program was one coordinated by your school, you may not need a second SSR. If the program was independently booked, you will certainly need a second SSR. To be certain, check with your school counselor and/or the admissions offices at potential universities.
