Should I put these ECs on my common app?

-Guitar lessons? - .5 hours per week all year
-CCD catechism of the catholic church student? - 1 hour per week
-I also played baseball in a recreational league (not for my school) freshman year

not sure if I should put these on my common app, they dont seem like much but they took up some of my time

If you have the space, go ahead and list them. Common App lets you list your activities in order of importance to you (most important at the top, least important at the bottom). If you have some empty slots left for activities, go ahead and list these at the bottom. If you don’t have extra spots, you have to decide whether the stuff you already have is more important than these.

^Just because you have room to list them doesn’t mean you should. It’s very unimpressive to submit a list of 10 seemingly scattered, random activities. It looks like you’re just listing a bunch of things that might impress a college. (It accomplishes the opposite effect).
