This year I have transferred to a new school.
But the problem is I have a long commute due to my "wonderful" parents not having the new house ready and the new house has some issues.
I'm already in 3 clubs but I try to fit them in my schedule and participate as much as I can.
Should I add this detail in my college app or should I leave it out?
I have no idea when I'll move into the new house but my mom says before Halloween.

No; whining rarely increases admissions probability.

Keep it positive. If you include anything it would be to explain how you are working your way into the new school and getting involved. And being new to the school can also explain why you don’t have leadership positions. I would leave out the sarcasm about your parents as well as the commute (which will be a non-issue soon enough).

Actually I had people offer me leadership positions and I agreed to them.

Lighten up on your parents… they are probably dealing with a lot of hassles related to the new house, and your commute is the least of their worries.
