should I put this on an application?

<p>last summer, I worked around 12 hrs/week as an aide to my great-grandmother. I cleaned her house, did laundry/assorted chores, ran her errands and helped her cook. Would that be considered a viable "family responsibility" on the common app activities list?</p>
