Should I put this on my application?

I've been working since the start of summer to start this new club on school, but club approval is going to be delayed awhile because some of the officers aren't getting their papers in.

I already wrote that I have been in this club (well founding it) on my UC application and I have it listed on my private college applications also.

Do you think I should tell the UCs (call them and explain it, because the app has already been sent) and tell them that the club hasn't been founded yet till a much later date? We have been working on the project and we will be doing things later in the year. But we were planning on approving the club in August.

Bump .

I would probably send an e-mail, rather than phoning, just in case you need proof that you were correcting this fact at a later date. In all likelihood, it won’t come into play.

Don’t bother; it’s fine. You just wrote that you will be in this club during senior year, right? You never explicitly said you’d do it the entirety of senior year, besides which “we have been working on the project”–ok not sure entirely what that means, but indicates to me that while the club is not yet official you’re still working on it.
