Should I quit and look for another job?

This is my third part time job this year (also first year working). Its never been hard for me to get a job and I usually find one within a few days but regardless I don't have much of a resume. My first job I can't get in contact with the boss' regardless of the fact that I was (according to them) their best worker and they tried to get my to quit school and work for them full time. The second I was trained for several extremely different jobs with some I did very well (concierge, host, etc) and some I wasn't trained for and did poorly (housekeeping) and with the extreme hrs and stress I had to quit before the recommendation period so I can't get a recommendation. With my current job, the manager tried being sexual and became an ass after I told him to stop. I talked to the boss and now don't have to work with my manager anymore but he has already tried getting me fired with reports about how I'm a horrible worker to my boss (coworkers completely disagree but have no say). So I'm not getting a good recommendation from my manager and my boss doesn't see me work so she says she can't pass judgement plus she is unreachable.

Should I still put all of the above on my resume despite the recommendations or just exclude the recommendations?
And should I look for another job because I need recommendations to get a better job and have a solid resume. (I want to work as a secretary in my future field to establish contacts)
Also should I put all my debate experience on my resume?
