Should I quit band senior year?

Next year the plan is 8 periods every single day for 45 minutes each period (it's 4 periods 1 hour and a half now). So basically all AP classes are in jeopardy, because a very limited amount of them are going to be double blocked, possible none at all.
I'm in the highest band class in the school, where you're required to do marching band unless you have a sports excuse. And I think we all know that people in marching band have NO LIFE outside of that itself, and homework for first couple months of school, including summer.
So next year, I'm thinking about quitting band in general because it's going to be so stressful with all my AP classes (I'm taking AP euro, calc, bio, college writing), and band is just going to be a another addition to my stress. Also, this year I'm paying about $500 of band fees that are required, and next year it may increase.

I have a 3.98 GPA, taking all honors classes, and next year to compensate for lack of band I was planning on:
Getting a job during the summer
Taking SAT prep course in the summer
Volunteer at the hospital during summer and school year
Volunteer at a hospice as a "caregiver" summer and school year
Be a peer mentor during the school year
Being the president of rotary club + getting involved in a lot of community service
Taking AP Classes (AP euro, AP Bio, AP calc, College Writing)

And I'm not planning on applying to any Ivy League schools, but what difference would it make if I quit band my senior year on my applications, and would it affect scholarships in anyway?
