Should I read the Science ACT?

Should I read the passages on the ACT science section or should I just observe the graphs? Obviously for the conflicting scientist, I'll read it, but, for the others what should I do? I find that I sometimes run out of time if I read it. However, I also sometimes get confused when I don't read the passages.
Please tell me what you do and your ACT science score (so I'll know how well your strategy works).

Thank you!

I usually go straight to the questions and then refer back to the graphs and passages as needed. When there are questions about a specific experimental procedure, that will almost always be in the passage. Otherwise, you usually only need a few pieces of information from the passage (i.e. little details that differentiate between the graphs). With this method, I got a 35 on the February science section with 5 minutes to spare.
