<p>Let the colleges you apply to know that you are only 15 years old.</p>
<p>Get into a good one.</p>
<p>Do well at that college.</p>
<p>Then, you can either transfer to a big name school, or go to a good graduate school.</p>
<p>Repeating the 12th grade is a waste of your time.</p>
