Should I Report Bs to colleges

I’m in the process of completing the Midyear Report for college admissions. I took two courses this semester at my local community college: Principles of Macroeconomics and Intro to Environmental Science. I got Bs in these classes. Should I report these to colleges? My cumulative GPA is 4.18 weighted and about 3.83 unweighted. I indicated that I wanted to major in economics. I took a high school Honors Economics course and got an A in that. I originally took Environmental Science because I thought I wanted to major in Civil Engineering. Thanks for the help!

Did you already mention in your application that you had college courses planned? The college might ask where those transcripts are if you don’t send them in.

Are these dual-enrollment courses with your high school? If so, they are probably already listed on your transcript that your counselor will send in.

I don’t think getting a B in a college course will look bad at all, especially if you were taking it out of your own interest and not as a requirement. It would help to know which colleges you have applied to.

You have to report them. You took them.

Only if you don’t want to have your admission revoked this summer. Colleges require you to report all classes taken, and they can easily check a national database.

You ask the question like you have a choice. You are required to report all your grades. Failure to do so puts any admission into jeopardy.

@bodangles I thought you only comment on Penn State threads only.haha

@NASA2014 Penn State and grammar questions, mostly.
