Should I resend ACT score if 1 point higher?

I took the ACT twice, 33 1st time and 34 2nd time. I sent my 33 to University of Illinois-Champaign, should I bother spending the 8 bucks to send in the 34? Should I ask my counselor to mention it on the transcript, would that fly? Any ideas out there?

A point on the ACT is equal to how many points on the SAT? Good grief, you spent the time and money to retake, now spend the eight dollars and let the U of I know how well you did!

I looked at one chart that said a 33 is equivalent to about a 2190 on the SAT and a 34 is equivalent to a 2260. Send it!

Unanimous, send it!!!!

Definitely- send it. For all you know, the difference could mean getting in/scholarships/whatever. The $8 is worth it.

no, not to U of I. It would be a waste of money seeing as a 33 will get you into u of i no problem
