Should I retake a 690 SAT II?

Should I retake the 690 I got on SAT II World History? I seriously expected to do better than that and it bothers me that it's not in the 700 - range. Will this affect my chances for Yale (H,P)? I haven't taken any other SAT's but I really don't want this to be an eye-catching bad grade that eventually might lead to rejection. Any thoughts?

Yeah I had the same question - I had an 800, a 790, and a 650 SAT IIs. The last one I took in tenth grade without really preparing, and I feel awful about it, but in the end - if a school's gonna reject you just for one SAT II, it probably wasn't the best fit anyway.

I think that if you can get a 760 or higher than it is worthwhile

I think if you want to be considered seriously - retake. I don't think one score less than 700 will doom you - but it just isn't what most students who are accepted achieve.
