My current subject test scores are: 750 Chem, 750 Biology, 720 Math, 680 Spanish (lol).

I took chem the previous year and was hoping to get a better score on Biology but that didn't turn out as I planned. Would it be better for me to study for Biology and Math to get my scores up? Or leave my sciences as is and instead just focus on Math and take US History instead of Biology? I haven't studied for US yet, so I'd just be going off of APUSH studying.

A 750 in Bio is very respectable. Consider that the average Bio SAT scores for college bound seniors in '13 is 626 for E and 655 for M. If you are a well-rounded student (GPA, course selections, extracurricular activities, references…) I don’t think you have anything to worry about with that score, plus that strong Chem score shows you know your science. I think it only makes sense to retake it if you’re applying to very competitive schools and/or you are confident you will score higher if you retake it. That’s just my opinion. There are some very competitive members here who feel that anything less than an 800 automatically merits retaking.
