Should I retake/cancel scores?

ok let me first start off by saying this was my 4th test. I was hoping it would be my final one, but i made a couple stupid mistakes

Next let me say that in June 2006 i got a 2090. (730 Math, 640 CR, 720 Writing)

no im very sure that i have done much better in october
i got 3 wrong on math(1-3 difficulty all of them -_- ****es me off big time)

in CR( changed 2 wrong answers to wrong ones wouldve had 700 easily if i didnt -_-)
in writing i am fairly confident. Probably perfect score

now that would give me around

800 writing
670-710 CR (7+ wrong.)
730-760 Math

so thats around a low 2200... maybe mid 2200s

Now, i really want to get a good score. Will this do the job for top ivy league schools or should i retake? will the 600ish CR score hurt? should i cancel and retake? or just retake a 5th time? or is that too crazy?

do you need to , you can upgrade it, right? Most schools i know only look at the highest score for each section...

i can easily get 800 math/writing as long as the essay remains good.

But, CR is such a draw for me. I can get up to 760 on practice tests and sometimes as low as 650.

it just depends on if im focused or not. I could've had 700 easily had i not change 2 wrong answers and. -_- I had the perfect moment to get 700+CR 800/math 800/writing to get 2300+ and i blew it :(

don't cancel. those scores are still good.

If you retake, will you do November? I would suggest retaking ONLY if you can guarantee the significantly higher scores you talked about above and you take it in November. Otherwise, move on. Forget it. 2200 range is not absolutely stellar for ivies but there are more things to work on at this point. I'm seeing a similar range for myself (I was also shooting for higher) also looking at an ivy and I am not retaking. If you need comparison.

EDIT: don't cancel. you never know. It could be higher than you think, and from what you posted, it doesn't seem it can get any lower than 2200.

i already signed up for the SAT II's november so probably december. Why november?

I just like to get things done earlier. But trust yourself. If you really think your score is bad, cancel it. However, beware of ending up the same way in December.

i mean my june score was 2090. so its going to be 100 points better, but im just so mad cause i screwed up a chance to get 2300+

Well, this turned backfired, didn't it? Well it backfired for me also. But lets say you get a 2200+. I think that it is quite a good score. Luck is also a factor. Getting anything above 2300 is luck. I wouldn't take them again if I were you. You have a good enough score. There are other things that matter also and you should focus on them. Start writing you essays, etc.

I considered cancelling my APUSH SAT II one time, and after finishing it, I even seriously considered changing my answers to all the wrong ones to get 200, just for fun, because I thought I would bomb it and get 500. Well, I ended up getting 700 on the APUSH SAT II, which is mediocre, but still not the ****tiest score ever. Trust yourself.
