I got a 760 on the Math Level 2 SAT Subject Test
I am looking at Top 20 schools.
Although a subject test score over 750 is considered good, I know that many kids taking Math 2 score 800. In fact, my percentile was 66th, despite my score.
My question is, should I retake the Math Level 2, take another Subject Test in place of it, or submit it to colleges.
PS I have to submit two subject tests, and I scored well on the other one, so I really am just worried about this one
I think that a 760 is probably fine. If you want to retake, it’s up to you.
If you feel that you can get a better score, then why not?
Your score is good but as @MrAustere said, it’s up to you. Good luck!
If you are strong at math, then go for it. You don’t want that 760 to get in the way of you dream college, as you said, A LOT of kids are scoring higher than you. Actually, almost half of the students who took the test scored higher than you. Your score shows you already have a strong knowledge of math, so a little more studying and review of all the concepts should suffice.
