As the title says, should I retake my SAT for the fourth time? Past 3 scores in order are 1200, 1230, and 1260.

yes. I did and my score increased by a lot without studying. Highly recommend

Did you prepare between the three tests?
I would probably consider taking the ACT instead since preparing between tests has not made a significant difference. Late registration for the Dec 9 sitting is still available. For the UC’s, you report your highest sitting by have to send all scores.
Are you studying? Your precious scores should tell you that if you take it again without any significant change, your score is probably gonna be about the same.
